I really like the ones that I’ve been to that were coed. Showers need not be for females only. If the planner and the bride and groom can envison the real party and fun this experience would be, then it’s on.

In this type of “Shower” there are coed activities as well as those for each group. It makes the groom feel more involved in the actual wedding festivities and not just someone who shows up at the church or wedding venue.

There are a few guides out there to help plan these on your own but there’s nothing like the expertise of a planner to help make this event “swoon-worthy.” This “new twist” brings the couple together at the onstart and really makes the event a memorable one since they didn’t do the “usual.”
