In 2010 one of the biggest trends we will be seeing is adding personal touches to your wedding. There are numerous ways to personalize your wedding from your save the dates, to invitation, décor, favors, food, drinks, and gifts. The following are some fabulous ways to add those special details to your wedding:
- Instead of just picking out the regular chicken for your menu, choose your favorite food growing up and serve that as one of your entrée’s. Give the recipe to your guest.
- Skip the average wedding favor that gets thrown in the trash and instead pick a charity that is near to you and your fiancés heart and make a donation on your guest behalf. Have information about the charity for guest to read about at each table.
- Use a custom monogram that can be used throughout your invitations, save the dates, programs, etc. Have something designed that is unique to you as a couple.
- Make your wedding décor a reflection of you. Incorporate your favorite flowers, colors or even items in life that inspire you.
