Just because you are the groom does not mean you don’t deserve that special wedding shower too. More and more, we are seeing groom-friendly showers being thrown. At Simply Jubilee we have compiled a list of groom-friendly showers that you just might actually enjoy going to:
1) Home Improvement Shower – Guests bring items that can be used to remodel or work on your new home. This is your chance to build up that tool chest you have been wanting.
2) Backyard, Lawn and Garden Shower – Guests bring items that you need in order to maintain your yard etc. Don’t forget to register for that outdoor fire pit, grill, or pair of outdoor speakers.
3) Bar and Grill Shower – Guests bring items to help you stock your bar and grill. You can use this shower to gather all the items you need to throw the ultimate tailgate party or Bar-B-Q once you get married.
4) Stock The Bar – Guests bring items to stock your bar; including tools you may need or your favorite liquor.
5) Couples Shower – Guys and girls are welcome at this shower. It’s an opportunity for you and your future wife to enjoy a shower together.
So remember just because you’re not the bride, does not mean you don’t deserve a shower too. I just have a feeling that you’re not going to be asking for that Kate Spade china set at yours!
